DASH View is our newest tool that allows a restoration contractor to share information about a specific job with a customer through an e-mail link. This e-mail link allows the customer to review specifics about the job they are associated with including information about the dates, the job, insurance, the broker/agent, the adjusters, the property manager, photos, and non-confidential notes. DASH View gives the customer or insurance agent the ability to know what is going on with the job that they are associated with without having to call or e-mail you. There’s no need to have a separate Contact Manager application when you have DASH’s integrated contact solution. DASH gives you powerful tools to manage all your customer, business and associates contacts and even gives you the capability of saving notes, photos, track licenses and set marketing parameters within our solution.
